INDIVIDUAL EXTRAS - All athletes are expected to be in a tumbling class a minimum of 2 times per week for athletes that have MOST of the skills for that team level, and 3-4 times per week for athletes that have MINIMUM skills for that team level.
FLYERS - Anyone selected to be a FLYER will have FLYER fit on Saturdays EVERY WEEK. Flyers MUST attend @ a minimum all but one class per month. IN ADDITION - athletes MUST be working at home to increase front and back flexibility on BOTH SIDES.
Families unable to commit the above should consider dropping down to a prep team
